TERMS OF SERVICE – KP

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KP mobile application ("KP", "we", "our", or "us").
By using KP, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
KP is a personal expense tracking application that allows users to record and categorize expenses using text and voice input, supported by artificial intelligence services.
KP operates under a freemium model that may include usage limits and optional advertisements to unlock additional functionality.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use KP.
By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. AI Processing
KP uses artificial intelligence services to:
- Convert voice input into text
- Categorize expenses
- Improve expense classification accuracy
By using the app, you acknowledge that user-generated content may be processed by third-party AI providers strictly for functionality purposes.
5. Usage System (KP Coins)
KP may limit certain actions (such as expense entries) per day.
Users may unlock additional usage by voluntarily watching rewarded advertisements.
Watching advertisements is optional.
KP reserves the right to modify usage limits at any time.
6. Advertising
KP may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdMob).
KP is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Future Premium Features
KP may introduce paid subscription features in the future.
All payments will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscription renewals, billing, and refunds are managed by the respective app store platform.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app
- Interfere with the app's functionality
- Abuse or exploit system limitations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design elements within KP are the property of KP.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify the application without permission.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
KP is provided "as is" and "as available".
We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation or error-free functionality.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the app.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the app at any time.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the service is operated.
